Did They Think We Wouldn't Notice?

OK, times are tough. We all get that. Everyone, including corporations and small companies, do what they have to do to make a buck. As moms, we have a small company to run as well (otherwise known as our household finances). All I ask for is a little honesty. Or at least no deceipt. Did they think we wouldn't notice at Panera that the cup of soup got astoundingly smaller and more watery? Did they think we wouldn't notice at the local restaurant that the meat on ours kid's burger was shrinking? Did they think we wouldn't notice that the amount of Pepsi in the bottle was less and the price was more? Really? Well we did notice. Just charge more for the same product and be honest about it. Don't try to trick us so that you can increase your profit. I think that we would should share everything that we noticed so that together, we will make smart money decisions as consumers.
